About Me
My work is rooted in curiosity — about how we grow, change, improve, and how we reconnect with what feels most alive.
I received my undergraduate degree from Smith College. I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from UT Southwestern Medical Center. I completed postdoctoral training in health and hospital psychology. I have worked in hospitals, clinics, and private practice, supporting women, men, groups, and organizational systems in a wide variety of life circumstances. Outside of my therapy practice, I also work as a coach, providing support and harm reduction services to those seeking to work with natural medicine.
Across these paths, my focus has remained the same: to understand how the mind, body, spirit, and environment work together to shape our experience — and how that understanding can open space for transformation.
I love science where it informs us, and am an avid collector of information. But I recognize that there is much we don't know.
I believe in the fundamentals of nutrition, sleep, movement, mindfulness, and energetic and spiritual practices.
I believe in serving the underserved and acknowledging the humanity in others through every interaction. I believe that the most minute gestures of kindness create ripples of healing and connection.
Personally, I love exercise, singing, playing piano, cooking, reading, and spending time with my family, friends, and dog — simple joys that keep me connected to creativity, nourishment, and constant improvement.
